http://pinouts.ru/Video/VGA9_pinout.shtml I just got confused. Does the TV also have a 15 Pin/ VGA? if so, microcenter has the cable for it. then you change the settings on your comp. to share desktop with additional screen (in this case, your tv) and it should work.

VGA = 9 Prong I use terms I understand. Sorry *apparently I can't count either.. ^15. I think mine is 9. damn wikipedia and faulty images.

I looked into an s-video to rca before, was referred either to a specialty shop (by bestbuy) or the internet. Since I didn't know of specialty shops I did a quick google of S-vid to Rca and found some sites that sold cables, but they seemed expensive. Luckily I went out and bought a new tv, and it had the 9 prong cable plug, and so did my computer, so I spent about 20$ at microcenter and bought a monitor cord. * scratch the s-vdieo idea then.
