  1. Rusty, check the post from that day. The link is in there for monday and tuesday.
  2. Shiat, I forgot to get Schmuck his $$ for yesterdays garage too. We all owe 10 for that, but ya my bad on that. I got a tad out of it after the wreck. I found a ton of the exhausts on Ebay and make be getting something else anyways, but keeping what i have for the track days. Well this is before a track bike, hopefully for next season.
  3. I could trade you my wrecked RC51 and you can make that a liter track bike Oh wait, thats kinda what Im in the process of. Well, this winter that is... And I agree with what Zorro or someone said, tracking it takes all the fun out of the street. I no longer give 2 shits to ride anywhere, except the track. And yes, thats after I ate shit on it.
  4. The camera dude might have been shooting something too today who knows lol. I ll talk to Nate tomo who set it all up and see whats up. So far so good with the bike, only thing left to get ordered is the exhaust... Apparently Jardine decided to stop production for my bike, when I called them they said thye had to look for the pipe I need and then make the canister... 380 for that or a whole next system for 560 I might just do that and keep what I have for the track.... Its a pretty quick swap.
  5. I def. saw that wheelie happen too Schmuck, just a little power style tho. So who's ready to get back out there? I should be in about a week lol, just waiting for Jardine to call me back to order the new side, and my other parts to be here.
  6. I totally agree if I would have had a spare clutch lever and some oil to top off with(we had changed anandas in the AM) I would have still hit 1 more session after eating shit on 7 and laying my bike down. My instructor even told me to get on it and get it teched so he could show me some more lines and get me ready to move up a level. I ate it after a session where he told me and 1 other guy to move up to 1;s or Int's next time, which I am DEF. not ready for lol. But, I highly recommend a track day, but I must admit I do not recommend back to back days to anyone who is not in tip top shape. I run 1/2-1 a mile 4 days a week and lift 5 days a week and I was still feeling like I got my ass kicked after monday.
  7. Happen to have an extra oil filter around? I have oil and everything off drained etc. but they sold me the wrong Fing filter... Or where do you pick urs up at? Think MSP has one if I hit them at lunch tomo?

  8. I def agree with Walther, I carry 3rd gear all the way to the 200-100 breaking cones for turn 2. Hitting it hard through the braking cones and not setting up for the corner til 100, slowing just before that, then hitting it hard with 3rd through it, and down to 2 for 2,3,4,5, then FAST. But Im on a 1000 and def. dont have much track time.... Bar ends ordered, oil is drained and just waiting for a filter tomorrow, topped off antifreeze, replaced levers, ordered new grips, got some ##'s to try to find someone who will sell me just the left side of a Jardine system, slip on and collector pipe, and got Pauls ##'s to call tomo to get my fairings done. I was going to wait for the cosmetic work, but might as well get it done too. Pieces are off the bike and ready to go for prep/paint.
  9. Wait Ananda, you forgot to mention my super slide in turn 7. I mean come on, were you really waiting on me to post about it? Nah Im too busy looking for parts to get my bike to 90% asap. Acutally the levers will be done in about 5 mins, but as I pound this wendys to the face Im ordering barends, and most likey a new half exhaust system if I can find that link..... Already got oil and a filter and antifreeze so I ll be doing all that tomorrow night along with checking the bike over. I rode it around the block got up to 35ish in 3rd just to swap gears. I ll be reording the GP shift kit again, but thats ight. Okay now for hte WRECK!!! I had drug knee in turn 7 today and toe in turn 6 yesterday and was getting more and more comfy. Got bumped up today a group and was riding real well, but then just lost focus I think. Passed a dude on the back straight at the top speed I had hit in the 2 days, no idea what but Id say 145ish, I had hit 137 yday and earlier in the day, but I hit another gear before the wreck. Came into 6 a little hot, but held my line, but then 7 got me. Came over the hill wide, leaned a tad more and rolled into the throttle after a quick desell after the lean, just to havce the rear slide a bit, rolled into the throttle, stood it back up saving the turn, but then the rear shimmyed, the front started to shimmey, and then I was on my ass slidding as my bike was sliding in front of me. The exhaust on the left is rashed, BUT not all the way through. Im replacing that with a new one on order tonight, the front fearing is a little worn, the bar end is shaved 1/3 off which will be orderd in a minute, the shifter is a little worn but works, the side fearing needs some love too, and the footped took a little beating. Overall my friend looked at it, and was pretty surprised how it ended up as he totalled his CBR a month ago. I realized alot of things, first off, going down isnt that bad so long as you are GEARED correctly. My face mask is scrapped to hell, but my helmet is not scraped(most likely replacing it anyways), my leather jacket held up ok, tore on 2 seams BUT did not leave anything exposed and the armor did its job, my hip hurts like hell but the pants held up awesome. Gloves sucked, and ripped at the seam, BUT the padding was perfectly placed below it and my hand is fine. I was able to hold two thumbs in the air as I slid down into 8, right behind my bike. It stayed in 8 dropped a little fluid, anit and either oil or gas, Id say oil, but it started right up and is running fine. Glad Im ok, planning to hit those other track days and worry about cosmetics this winter. Good times, learned so much and had so much fun!
  10. Ya, he did aim for it as my dad told me. He and mom were standing at the top of the keyhole grass and saw the whole thing, dude just went straight and laid it down then into the wall. Mike said the bike is F'd royally. All I saw was a ton of dirt, a yellow flag, then I made 2,3, and the keyhole, and then red flag and medic trucks etc. It didnt sound pretty and I hear the dude was asking to go ride solo all day, he made 1 lap and they moved him back behind the instructor.. Riding over your head comes to mind. Rusty glad you all made some good time improvements! Zorro didnt really get to talk to ya much man, but heard you rode real good. And yes the weathermen suck. Lets hope tomorrow holds off for us too. Also, the photographer that was there gave us his card, we ll post a link to order pics from. Hes a friend of a friend from Dublin and does good work, showed up on a phone call yesterday from my bro up here.. I think we got him hooked up with STT for random shoots too. He was in the keyhole, S's and a few others places. He talked to Monty and is getting stuff setup so thats dope.
  11. Perfect weather today! I believe everyone made it pretty safe, 1 wreck with one of the groups guys, but I dont think hes too messed up. His bike runs but needs some TLC to say the least. Some dude hit the wall going into 1 just decided to go straight and that ended our day after 2 laps of our final session, which sucked. Hope he's ok but pissed I lost my last session.
  12. It cool, my local rider is taking care of it but thanks! 3 track prepped bikes are sitting in my parents garage, Schmuck, Schmuckgrl, and myself are turning in for the night to get up, load the bikes and roll. See everyone early tomorrow!
  13. Shiat, I would have taken ya up on that, but my parents neighbors actually have one too, thanks so much for the offer tho! Someone come take pics tomorrow please!
  14. Thats way high for that bike. Esp. with low speed laydowns on both sides. But awesome bike, I love mine
  15. More bad news for this guy, my dads new Ford Sun Shade canopy I was gonna bring came without the canopy lol just the metal. ANyways, yea I was just in Mansfield, it looked like it was partly cloudy and had some covering with rain earlier. 40% sucks. Also if anyone is down, some of us are going to a local Mexican place, El Compostre in Ontario, its bout 20 mins from the track, at 8pm monday night. I have some friends in the area I wanna meet up with that ride who will be meeting and possibly coming out monday-tuesday if the weather is nice. So we may have some people to take pics, I ll talk to my parents too and see if they can come out and help.
  16. All I was a red X ??

  17. Fo sho, that chick is not exacttly who I would recommend for doing a video on obesity, or writing books about it. WTF?
  18. Truly badass and not even aware Ron. Good shit. Wait, was there a point to this thread? I forget.
  19. WHats that Baxter? You know I don't speak spanish. Hocking is about as good as it gets in the area. Steubenville def. has some stuff too, but Hocking is right there with it. Coshocton, welp never rode there.
  20. Good luck, domination station style man.
  21. It was 10% and 0% last time i checked. Nto cool.
  22. Its all good bro, BUMP for quick sale!
  23. Ya Im in for that, esp after this coming week.
  24. Kruel, Not to be a d!ck, but basically the paint job you have is what I was going to do to mine. The DSG is the color of my truck, car, and basically anything I own and drive lol. But I wouldn't ever go off and be that guy to get a similar paint job so I might have to PM ya about that plastic. Thanks for the heads up. By the way Im the guy you rode with the day we saw that girl ride into the post fence after Dyno meet in the spring. I had the Black Honda Superhawk. Upgraded since then lol.
