It also sucks the first time you tear the seal installing them, and have to do them over, or the seal is defective from jump and don't know it ? Or you don't measure the fluid or adjusters correctly ?? I always think it's better to do your own wrenching, and this is no exception, sooooo good luck whatever you decide !!

Comrodery, passion for riding and respect are the only issues that I've got with this bunch of GREAT folks. I was blown away by this when I showed up at one of thier parties out of the blue, to borrow bike parts and knew noone !! I didn't wanna get all mushy, but They showed a general concern for MY lack of safty awareness and stupid antics that I pull , Didn't bash me, and thier 1/2 my age.....soooooo, You got these folks mixeded up with some other motherfuckers ! If you don't grab a handfull every once in awhile , Sell your shit !

That's a fair price !! If you don't have the right compression tools it sucks. If someone walks you through it , that has the tools and does it with you, give them some money anyways ! I Hate doing fork seals !!! Do you know how you blew them already ? Do you strap your bike down in trucks and trailers or slam down highway speed wheelies ? Figure out if you have an issue and maybee you can avoid it happening again so quick !

I've ridden the lightning it's called, I noticed they turn in quick because of a realy short wheel base. that can get you into some twitchy situations till you get used to it, but they do turn quick !!They carry some of the weight low and you can tell that too. I agree with the limited rev range.

90 dollars IS high, That job shouldn't even take an hour ? there is absolutly nothing to it. get a chain press tool and just trust yourself enough to knock it out. It's ubereasy !! You realy should take the time to learn to wrench on your own bike. You will save a ton of money in the long run. I'm just learning and have been riding for 30 years. I wish I had all that money back, I paid out in labor ! If someone does it for you, just watch and ask questions, You'll kick yourself for ever having someone do that job for ya ! don't know where chippewa is, but it don't sound close to me ? Too bad, I would show you how and burn one too. LOL
