Pressure tank bladder is filled with correct air pressure

I've had low water pressure the entire time I've moved into my house.

I'm looking at getting a Kenetico water softner and I'm afraid I won't have any pressure when it regenerates.

I've checked my pressure tank and adjusted it. I raised my switch pressure to 40-60.

The Kenetico rep checked the water pressure (at 30psi running pressure) showed 4gpm.

Would this be my pressure tank itself or would it be the well pump?
