Well I pulled the trigger on it! 2003 Sv1000 with about 6700 miles on it... Very clean, never been dropped, never been wrecked or anything! So when I signed up I had THIS (03 zx6r 636) I sold that to get THIS (06GSXR 750) Wanted a fun toy also, so i bought this Sold that After a week and bought the SV1000 Now I have the 2006 GSXR 750 and the 2003 SV1000!!!

Quite a bit has changed...Fuel injected, and so forth....But its not even about that...Its about me being a psycho about the condition of things, and I can RARELY buy used stuff, because its usually not in good enough shape for me to like it....That 2001 I had was a little rough.....I want something MINT MINT MINT, with no flaws...That was the main reason for selling it...plus I made a few hundred bucks as well

I am DEF keeping the gsxr 750...... I looked at the speed triple...There is a sweet one in Columbus for sale but its a 1999...I was looking for something a bit newer.....I was kinda wanting a v twin and not a inline 3 or 4.... I still will probably track this....I sold the 01sv650 because it needed to much work for ME...I'm SUPER picky about buying things used....They almost have to be in PERFECT condition for me to be satisfied with it....So I want something newer that needs NOTHING....

I had an 01sv 650 but sold it yesterday, but currently have a 06 gsxr 750.....the gsxr 750 is a COMPLETELY different bike than the SV... the SV has nice little torque to it, and is super light and you can zip around on it, but the gsxr 750 is a MONSTER when it comes to speed and handling, but might not be what you are looking for.....the sv650 is def a fun bike.....I'm looking at getting another sv650 or a sv1000 here in the next few days... you can DEF get a sv650 for much cheaper than a gsxr 750

SO I just sold my 01sv50 yesterday and ready for something new...I am DEF getting a naked bike...I was looking at ducati monsters and triumph speeds for a bit, but am not sure if I wanna go that route yet... So its between a 2003 sv1000 Naked or a 2006 sv650 naked....Which should i get? I love the 650 because how light it is, and afraid the 1000 will be to heavy...I just want something more comfortable on longer rides, and to zip around town on.... I just bought this Suzuki sv650 last week, but found a Ducati that I want instead....Although the ducati is a lil more expensive....ANYWAY... THE GOOD 2001 with around 10,000 miles on the bike and motor...Just put a brand new battery in it, runs great, never been wrecked. It has a clean and clear title (except for the mileage discrepancy) and the frame is straight and its a clean bike! The bad THe previous owner dropped the bike on the tailgate of his truck and he broke the tach...he replaced the speedo and tach with another unit so it reads the bike has 19,000 miles, but the kicker is the tach STILL DOESNT work...The speedo works but not the tach...... The drop scratched the tank a bit so he took off the tank and front and rear fender and painted them the red color that you see pictured...... It def needs new tires and oil change...If I keep it, I will prob get a service done as well...Air filter, fluids changed, tires, oil, etc....Just regular maint stuff. LOl yea! Grew up in Indiana and always had a lakehouse with 2 jet skis (kawasakis) that is why I called them a jet ski, and not a personal watercraft.....But yea..I've been on them since they pretty much came out...My dad used to race superbikes, then worked for Kawasaki and we always had access to fun new toys...But yes..I have ridden one to say the least.....
