  1. AWESOME! Best pics yet, I got a new wallpaper too.
  2. Oh, and you were getting rid of the Stang anyway right? Pick up something like a camry with low ins, then take the difference and buy my bike before all the nice weather is gone. LOL!

  3. BTW I'd like to sell it for about 4500. Heal up man, bike isn't going anywhere.

  4. The moral of this thread is. . . OMG RS125 ON THE STREET?!
  5. Those are some good lookin bike right thurr!
  6. OMFG! Sorry I missed this bro. Didn't check the site after I left work. Glad you're ok. Follow everyone's advice around here, it's all for your good. Someone get this man some chicken wings stat!!
  7. I've wavered keeping it for the track but finally decided against it. I'm sticking with 1 bike for now until my finances change. Need something I can get the girlfriend and some luggage on (not necessarily in that order). I'll probably have it through the winter.

  8. I've changed my mind again, you're allowed to buy my bike

  9. Nice! Still think I'd like black better though . . . but that might be too safe.
  10. That's a good point . I think I'm going to do that this week.
  11. Don't get a track bike before you've ever been on the track. That's just silly.
  12. Calm down you two, the bump was relevant.

Reading comprehension fail... Ok now this thread can die.
  14. Get those and call it a day. Good price, nice glove, carbon fiber, everyone's happy
  15. Alright I think we're all happy. 1 min and I leave work. Rep for everybody!
  16. I understand your logic, but that's like saying that both of the gloves meet some sort of crash test standard. To my knowledge there is no SNELL equivalent for gloves, jackets, etc. So you're right, protection is protection. That aside, even just a quick eyeball or hands on will quickly give an impression on differences in quality. Don't be so quick to take offense from the racers on here. We all ride differently, but they are offering their personal experiences. So you don't crash a lot, I don't know a lot of street riders that do. However, no one plans to crash but it does happen. If you can see the difference between the Joe Rockets and Wheelchair gloves then seeing the difference between a $50 glove and a $150 glove can be more than fancy colors and a name. The moral of the story I've taken from the advice is go for the upper end of your budget. They're your hands, and whether it's tomorrow or 10 years from now if you go flying through the air are you going to be thinking about the $50 you saved? Edit: One other thing to add. IMO gloves are as important as a helmet in most situations (especially if you're a reasonable street rider that isn't going Mach 2). If you have any time to react, even a tenth of a second, you will throw your hands out before you hit the ground. It's just reflexes.
