  1. Watch it out there...fucking cagers with their phones.
  2. My 2009 AHDRA Creds arrived and were on the table this morning courtesy of the world's coolest girlfriend...coincidence or karma?
  3. And light the fires! Fuck Puxatawney Phil!
  4. I was out almost all day...a tit nipply but not unbearable. My shop's closed today
  5. Funniest thing I saw was the look on my bro's face when we were going West on Broad st and I grabbed a big handful of front brake, lifted the rear off the ground, swung it over and made a right on Alton Darby at damn near 60 mph. On my bagger
  6. I could teach you what you need to know in an afternoon if you like. They're pretty simple, not as simple as FI but there are basics that can be applied to all carbs. Once you know Bernoulli's principle and a few zen basics you'll have them licked. We could probably help each other quite a bit, being's you're more focused on the Japanese side and I'm more on the Harley side. That being said, stick to what you know-apparel and parts would in my opnion dilute your business and with minimal benefit because most people buy that stuff online from businesses that buy 8 truckloads of one item so it's almost impossible to compete on price. That was a HELL of a sentence...sorry! But look at it from the other side of your counter...why have people been coming to you? Stick with it, you've been building a good trade there for a while now. There is a parts wholesaler right here in Hilliard for Jap parts...hook up with him and let him carry the inventory.
  7. You cant ride a ski at Griggs, but Alum Creek is there. Buy a Yamaha or nothing to save yourself the trouble!
  8. Hell YEAH! I built my first dragbike in my spare bedroom. I lived on the 3rd floor in an apartment though....
  9. Ooof, there are some lost individuals here. Let's oversimplify. The dems went for the guns before, and made a good run at it. But their casualties outweighed the results and they were ousted from power. So they did something just as wide-spanning but easier for the general public to swallow-cigarettes. I don't smoke, but I voted against the bans...because it was just a stepping stone to test the waters from before they came back for the guns. Once they're dealt with, there's the right to free speech, etc. Oh, wait, they got a start on THAT with McCain Feingold. McCain's dumb ass regretted that one this election, huh? Full NRA support and not allowed to speak up. Politicians are all used car salesmen, but without the scruples. This is all about control. You'll see blue beanies on the military pretty soon. And yes, there is a Marine rotting in the brig since Clinton for refusing to put it on because it is not in the manual. What was that justice thing again....?
  10. Ahhhhh BACH.... I got it. Had to delete the neon kit so I could see what wires were on there when it was born. Thanks for all your help guys!
  11. Yeah it's all shrapnel in my book. Get it over with. O-ring chains suck up power but need less maintenance...your choice there.
  12. Good Christ! Scared me right the phuck off THIS thread! ROTFLMAO
  13. This turned out a WHOLE lot nastier than I expected when I removed the back cover...this kid has turned the rear wiring into a rats nest. I have everything working but the brake light now-can't find the other end that he cut off. My eyesight sucks lumps these days so I'm having a hard time reading the schematic, but it looks like maybe the brown is the brake circuit but I'm getting no power out of it. I assume there's a lighting module on this thing, and it's got a neon kit chewed into it to boot, so I'm wondering if he smoked said module.
  14. Yesterday some of you were kind enough to send me wiring schematics for an 01 GSXR1000 so I could help this kid out of a jam, and now I can't find the messages or anything. The kit has blue, black, red, and yellow wires to the taillights, and the bike has a white, purple, brown, and blue that his buddy cut for him. Anyone know what to hook to what off hand? There are no directions with the kit (used, from Ebay), and if somebody knows offhand it would be easier than me having to probe everything. Sorry I'm such a doofus with the computer. Thanks for your help!
  15. We're all going to become "good citizens of the world"! VERY soon he will hand over control of our military forces to the UN. Watch this! Join the NRA TODAY...even if you don't own a gun they are fighting for your rights. This asshole is going to piss all over the Constitution. He didn't even get enough votes to win-George Soros BOUGHT the election for his pet puppet. The other day I had this black dickhead start a pissing match with me and then start hollering "black president baby-don't be mad!" You dumb SOB, he's half white too, and selling your dumb black ass down the river. This guy is a MASTER bullshit twister. I don't care what color you are, you're fucked now with him at the helm.
  16. Thank you too Sam. Power to the White Punks on Nitro!
  17. LOL spoke too soon, thanks for covering my six rat!
  18. Thats what I was worring about though, experimenting with a .5 volt circuit can wound a computer. I was hoping somebody could hook me up with a schematic of the ass end wiring.
  19. MAN it was freaking AWESOME out today! I need another new rear tire! bwahahahahahahahahaa
  20. Oh and the other problem is I can't find info on the brand...he got it off Ebay.
  21. yeah I know the "boat" code would make the yellow left, so maybe the purple is right? It's REAL small guage wiring so I don't think it's doing more than .5 volt to a circuit board at each end.
  22. I've met a few of you and I have been impressed with the caliber of people herein-so now I'm asking for a little help. Neighbor's kid has an 01 GSXR1000 he wanted to install an "undertail" kit on. His friend agreed to help and chopped the wiring. GREAT! Anyone got info on an undertail kit for this bike that has four wires...red, black, purple, yellow? those are the wires on the kit... Good kid, going overseas soon, and I wanna help him out. Semper Fidelis
  23. What a TRIP! I bought and sold those things so fast when I was a kid, I was driving my 55th car by my 18th birthday. The prices are just SCARY now. Hell I bought my 68 Super Bee for 1200 bucks with 55k miles on it...both front fenders dented from the little old lady backing it out of her garage cockeyed. I ran the PISS out of that car for 10 years and got my 1200 back! Oh, and it was a HEMI CAR...I'LL NEVER FORGIVE ME FOR THAT ONE. I can scan a pick and share if anyone cares. Or just sob in sympathy for my dumb ass from afar if you'd be so kind.
