    Deal's gap

I know this is a long ways away, but I thought I'd start a thread and see if anyone is interested. Sometime in August I am going to meet old friend of mine at The dragon. He's from D.C. and going to be riding down on his FJR. We will probably be renting a house or camping depending on how many people will be going for the weekend. He's going to be riding down with at least one other person. We havent worked out all the details yet or even what weekend we are going to go but I thought I'd see if anyone else was interested

  11. Some people got it made, what can I say. yeah right, I hate having a desk job, but it has it's advantages...
  12. HAHA, nice try. If anyone wants to buy it I'll sell it to you for 100 bucks. It's a $200 tire and would be perfect for a stunter that isn't going to be doing any high speeds. It's a Michelin Pilot Power 2CT (dual compound) 190/50/ZR17. Like I said before, the tire is in perfect condition, just got the nobies off of it the day before it started to get flat.
  13. The nail is dead center in the tire. I've heard that there are places that vulcanize the tire, meaning they melt that section of the tire that has the hole and fill the hole with rubber. According to some people that I have talked to the only reason that you are not suppose to plug a tire is if the cords of the tire have been effected, which I don't have to worry about considering the size of the nail.
  14. As some of you know I had a tiny finishing nail go through my rear tires which only had 300 miles on it. I already got a new tire put on the bike but I have heard that I can get the other tire fixed since it was such a small puncture. Has anyone had there tire fixed here in Cincinnati? Any help would be appreciated...
  15. yeah, there arn't to many guys in our area that ride 2 up besides myself. I ride through the loveland area fairly often. 48 is a fun road.
  16. Welcome man. The wife and I ride together as well. I'm in the East West Chester area. PM me and we'll get together and ride.
