ha! craigslist will be the reason i get fired. i was at work for 11 hours and spent 80% of it either reading reviews/forums about the sv650 or on craigslist looking for one.

but theres only three listings right now. and ones just the frame. ill keep looking.

thanks again all for the advice and tips. after seeing the many suggestions for the sv650, i will be looking for that to be my first bike.

now on to the next step: where can i find one at a good price?

id like to keep it under $4k and lower miles. color and other aesthetics arent too important at this time.

so if anyone knows of such item, please let me know.

definately new to the bike scene. ive always wanted a bike that i didnt have to pedal.

ive been torn between cruiser or sportbike (leaning more towards sportbike) and mr bret agrees.

i dont currently have a bike (other than my huffy) so some advice and tips on what to get would be great.
