For a BEGINNER BIKE, if you want a crotch rocket, I would recommend a Katana or a SV650.

If a cruiser will work, I highly recommend a Honda Shadow 600 (like the one I have for sale ).

A friend got one of those White Tables w/ the Folding Legs from Sam's Club a while back for about $35 - $50. We use that and the folding cloth chairs (<$10 at Gander).
