Apparently, the gas expanded being parked in the hot garage and seeped out of the breathing holes in the gas cap. A little gas got onto the Matte Gas Tank and left a slight yellow tinge. Have you cleaned the outside thing? Ours was packed with years of grass clippings, and it did something similar... KillJoy
