Only if it is a college. Anything 12th grade and under it can't be in the car in the lot. Only in loading and unloading zones is it allowed in the car. IIRC

I'll have to get a pic of my 870 later. I put a pistol grip on it but I didn't like how it didn't have much "grip" to it so I wrapped it with 550 cord (paracord) Actually works pretty well.

Both the LCP and Bodyguard have great reviews. There's lots of people on here that prefer one over another. All preference really. See if you can get your hands on one and shoot it. On a side note, you talking about winter and guns, remember winter clothing usually allows you to carry a larger caliber. I know a few people that will carry a .45 during the winter and a .380 during the summer. I just stick with a .45 year round. (I'm not gonna mention M&P simply because I just don't care tonight)
