Welcome girl!! Good way to start some ...fun...on the boards, lol!! Definately learn!! You will still enjoy being a passenger occasionally, I know I still do sometimes! The difference is, you have a choice! It does make you a much better passenger. Well, watch out for some of these guys!! They're all a little crazy, get used to it! If ya need any advice or pointers, give me a shout!

Getting back on track, lol! I've been an organ donor for as long as I can remember. I wish that I could donate blood as well. I'm A-, I received a blood transfusion a couple years ago & I'd love to give back. I have low blood pressure & a high heart rate, the last time I donated blood I passed out! You can also donate Plasma & actually get paid for your time. I used to work at ZLB Plasma, it's another great way to help save lives.

I agree. We lost a very dear friend almost 2 yrs ago. He was in full gear. He was tryin to keep up with a more experienced rider, that guy kept egging him on to keep up. He had just upgraded from a GS500 to a ZX6R, he wasn't ready for that bike! He went left of center, head on with a truck. He flew over the truck but he broke his clavical and it severed his artery. He bled out internally before he made it to the hospital. Point here, NEVER ride outside your means! The front of the pack will always wait for you! If they won't or make fun of you cuz you cant keep up, you're ridin with the wrong people! Ride safe out there. RIP
