Well it is that time of year again boys. I have began preparations as well I know Shanton has. We decided this year to keep the guest count minimal in each room (hence no 8 person room again lol). In this thread feel free to explain what you are doing to get ready, kind of like a build thread. We can post good diets, workout routines, money saving tips, etc. That way come late March we will all be ready to go physically, mentally, and most important financially.
As I learn information as to when I'll be going and so on I will post it in here.
Current routine:
PT (Running 3-5 miles) 0600-0730 M-F
Crazy 8's/strength conditioning 1730-1900 MWF
Rest T-Th
Supplements:
D4
Jacked
Whey Isolate Protein
Diet:
No processed sugars
No dairy
2-3 solid meals a day
2-3 snacks a day consisting of tuna and/or peanut butter
This upcoming Monday I got selected to do Combatives I,II,III courses. After that I will be an assistant Combative Instructor here at Eustis. Schedule for that is:
M-F 1800-2000 Grappling/Combative Workshop
S-Su 0700-1700 Grappling/Combative Workshop
When I begin instructing that is bi-weekly! (FML)
