Car has been paid off for a couple of years and the insurance is cutting us check for around 4k. I was hoping to just beat out the quarter and replace tail light and get bumper mounted back up.

Yea would be nice but I'm sure the price to build it would be high then the cost for us to use it would be to much

Ok wifes car got hit in a parking lot other car or truck didn't stick around. The insurance is going to total it has anyone ever purchased a car back from insurance and got it titled? Just want to see if its worth my time and money. Buy back price $510 its a 98 civic 154,000 mile on it passenger side quarter and tail light smashed up. Doesn't really look that bad still can drive it. Should I just let the insurance have it or fix it and get salvage title or buy it back and part it out then junk it
