honestly, I'm 5'10", I'm not short.. BUT when i stand i have about two inches or so between me and the bike. Thats not lowered. My neighbor is about 5'2" and she touches tip toed on it. I don't think the SV will handle much differently lowered but it is sort of heavy in the front end. It takes a lot out of me riding for very long in the twisties cause i gotta throw it around a lot. I love the SV though. I'm glad it was my first bike, but in all honesty I'm ready for something a little beefier. lol. If youd like next season ill let you ride it so you can see for yourself. I know its the only true way of knowing what its like.
