  1. Oh I am starting my workout plan and diet next week. Its going to be the same one I did last year with some new mods to it. Goal is to get to 170 pounds at @ 7% body fat. I did it last year but got lazy once winter hit and my workout buddies quit and had to go solo for 4 months. Tyler and I are joining a gym and I will also be training him as well. He is just going to be putting on muscle since he is lean already. Should be fun. Hope to hit my goal in 8 weeks or so. I might post pics lol

  2. There use to be a guy on here called Mr Bret and he did a QS & L thread for this. I don't know where he is but I plan on going to it. Does anybody want to meet and check it out. Meet up at the old circuit city parking lot across the way at like 5:30pm or something like that> then head over look around and ditch the place for hooters. Let me know if your interested. Figured we could meet and greet then head over there and watch the squids ride in.

  3. Its getting track converted soon anyway and I am stepping up to a 636.

Are you buying a new 636. 52 degrees. Its cold but you can still ride. Is this still on?

  4. There is always another bike in my future. I'll never give up on it shoot I heard so many bikes hammering down tbe road and seen a bike in a video doing a whoolie. Got a booner. And was already dreaming. I j7st think I need to get back on a cruiser.

Respect the choice and like the other guys say come back when your ready. Good seeing you again.

I've been bike-less for a couple years while finishing up school. This is my first liter bike and I have previously had only Honda sportbikes: f4i, 03 600rr, 07 600rr

    First impression (after 130 miles):

So far I am very impressed...braking is phenomenal and handling is on par with 07+600rr. Ergos are slightly more aggressive than 07+ 600rr and more like 03-06 600rr. I can't really comment on power yet as the bike is neutered with a 9000 rpm rev limiter until the first service...still pretty quick though. Not overly impressed with the transmission (little notchy)...hopefully this will improve with break-in. However, the clutchless upshifting is a thing of beauty with the stock quickshifter. I haven't touched the suspension yet, so no comment there. Overall build-quality is definitely a notch above the Japanese bikes I'm used to.

Now if only it wasn't so damn ugly! ;)

Love the new s1000rr. Is it ok to go past the 9000rpm rev limiter for the first 600 miles. I did it a couple times lol
