  1. so far mine are going pretty good. Just kind of dragging it all out to get me by in this time of cold. valve check-done chain and sprockets-pending coolent-not done brake fluid-not done. Hoblick, if you continue on your long rides, I think you will really like the heli-bars. I have them on the triumph, and they really make a big difference. The build quality is great, and the adjustments are infinite.
  2. He had a good rep on the srdayton.com forum I belive. Hes been a member for along time, but ive never met him.
  3. I know its been for sale on srdayton.com and craigslist for A LONG time. and he offered it for this bike here, and then backed out. http://www.ohio-riders.com/showthread.php?t=37117
  4. sounds like you need a sport tourer unless, you really want a cruiser style bike. I personally hate having my feet in front of me.
  5. the more i thought about that, i thought that probably wasnt good. It could introduce water to the system.

  8. nit picky? I dont think so. for 5400 dollars and 12k, that thing oughta be a pretty nice bike IMO. as for the groove in the rotor, thats very possible if someone rode the brake everywhere. I know a few guys who have a very bad habit of resting there foot on the rear brake, and not even realize it.
  9. I cant help on the frame sliders. As for the fluid, I would personally just drain out the fluid, add new fluid and rebleed. I could be wrong though.
  10. no problem don, I've been sick as hell, and today im just starting to feel better.
  11. nota problem! I'm always down to critique a bike, or car!
  12. damn man. thats right around the corner from me. I would have gone and checked it out for you. That guy is on another forum i frequent pretty often, i saw it for sale there not long ago, but hes had it for sale for ALONG time, i knew there had to be a reason. Sorry to hear about the bad day! I wouldn't have settled eaither for that kind of money.
  13. i concure, as i said, im not in the market. I just was curious, as ive seen a few out of about.
  14. Quoted from wikipedia, "...Hyosung began producing Japanese Suzuki motorcycle designs under license for the Korean market in Changwon, South Korea in 1979. In 1986, they established their own research and development center in Hamamatsu, Japan, and the next year, they began mass production of their own designs."
  15. Im not in the market for one, I was just curious. I saw one at a bike night awhile back, and another at a local carry out over the summer.
  16. -- Off to a bad start and it only got worse --If I could sell this money eating leach I would. The bike always needs something. I have been trying to sell it but I can’t even get an offer. I changed every part I could find with an aftermarket piece. I feel like I am always working on this thing. Oh yeah Hyosung never replaced the parts that were defective when I purchased the bike so their 3 year warrantee is a lie. I should have purchased the ugly Kawi, I would have gotten more ridding time. This bike sucks. You should buy anything else but a Hyosung. Kawi, Suzuki, Honda and dare I say Harley, Yes even a Harley, would be better than this poor quality excuse of a motorcycle. Don’t waste your money because this bike will leave you frustrated what a terriable review LOL this guys is way nicer than I would have been -- Off to a Bad Start --I drove 50 feet and took it right back. The sales person said they prepped the bike but there was a bad sound coming from the front brakes. They assured me everything was OK. I drove it home and my son put another 75 miles on it, and it was getting harder to stop. I called the dealership back because the bike was missing a front brake pad. Well the service at this place really sucked, they told me I was stuck with the bike and to get off of his property. Anyway the brake problem is fixed and the bike rides well. Cornering is easy and my son, a new rider, is quickly learning because of the light weight. The seat is really hard and it gives lots of false neutrals, but it's a cheap bike at a cheap price.
  17. someone tried to tell me that they are actually the maker of the suzuki engines. I don't know if thats really the case or not.
  18. Ive seen a few of these out and about, but dont know much about them. anyone got the low down? http://cleveland.craigslist.org/mcy/1566227335.html
  19. im neutral on the topic. could be neat, could be stupid. Hell i dont know.
  20. galion road machinary, which I belive is galion peabody now. Big dump trucks.
  21. your a good man. Most people anymore wont step up to the plate and take control. They just look the other way, and take the out of sight, out of mind approach at things.
  22. it wont be for alittle while, but my triumph offroad tune seems glitchy below 2k. The throttle almost has an on/off feel.
