I don't ride around Columbus too boring I end up doing dumb shit like freeway wheelies. I stick to the twisty back roads. Hell I trailer to dyno day to avoid the freeway ride

I preach that at the beginning of every ride Tim and I do. There's always someone that doesn't listen. We always give the your own pace and we'll wait at the next intersection speech. Someone always tries to keep up and goes down. You won't change that by this thread either. Someone always wants to prove something. That being said, UP is one of my favorite to ride with and I do push my limits with him as I have faith he won't over cook a corner and I follow his his line. One of the few here I will put blind faith in.

I have one too believe it or not. It's never given me trouble but I wouldnt bet my life on it. It's my garage gun, stays in the garage tool box as a just in case last resort kind of thing. I have no problems with it but I'd never carry it. It's a gun I gave 50 for to leave in the garage and won't be out much if it gets stolen

And it will continue to look that way. The problem with "most" cop guns is neglect. Most cops shot very little, some only at their yearly qualification. Many cops clean and oil their gun less than they shoot it. The gun is out in the elements daily rain, snow, humidity and often cleaned maybe yearly. When it's not in the elements it's often left in their duty belt thrown in the trunk or in their locker in a humid locker room. Duty weapons are often neglected, it's a company supplied tool to many cops. Not all but many. This issue is the same with MP, Sig, Barretta, FN all the common dept issued duty weapons.

The Glock price is right in line, and in many cases lower, with every other "quality" handgun on the market. If the need arises to draw your weapon you're betting your life on it to work. I'm confident in my G19 in that moment. Can you say the same about yours or did you just get what you could afford and hope for the best?
