thanks alot jeff i appreciate it. i understand that high end cars someone would rather take there zr1 or newer z06 to you guys just by seeing what you have done with them i would do the same. We are already wowing some at the trails with our camaro that we have built. Its running 10's right now soon to be low 9's. we are thinking lower end like camaro's gto's pretty much ls1 stuff. after doing camaro's for over 10 years that is really what we know. we are just thinking of doing like bottom dollar rates on stuff like heads and cam swaps and pretty much bolt on stuff for now. just stuff that everyday people dont think they can do. Im in no way feeling comfortable enough to go tearing down someones c6 or c5 vette. I also understand what you are saying on that people will travel to the place that they trust. By beeing at your shop and seeing it you have a great looking shop. how much do you want for that fast lsx you have on your shelf? lol ALso any input on where to get the performance parts for wholesale?

I have one that is a 94 camaro that will need a tune done soon, also brian we are thinking of adding on performance work to our shop. If all goes well you will be getting all of are tunes. at a better rate i hope. lol

thats cool thats the only reason i posted this just to get some input on it. im not trying to get any work off of here by any means. we have alot of other stuff going on. we tow,transport cars ,collision repair. Not trying to take anyones work at all just seeing what everyone has to say about the thoughts. we are not trying to get rich off of it by any means. Plus i figured we are so far away from all the other shops that we wont hurt anyones business.

i am just kicking around ideas here im not tryin to take anyones work. Im just kicking it around to see how many people are out there that need work done. there is only 1 shop even close to where i am located so i highly doubt that we would take anyones work.

we have been working on our own cars for many of years. we all pretty much like the f body's and corvettes also mustangs. we are considering starting to add a performance shop in with all the stuff we already do. Just wondering what everyones thoughts are. certified mechanics and all that good stuff, we have.

I have a lexus is300 2jzge motor with 59,746 miles, automatic transmission,whole rear end with drive shafts, full length factory exhaust from manifold back, all wires and computer for car. if you have one of these and need parts just let me know i will make a good deal for you.

I have checked them online they say they dont have any. but i will call on tuesday. We normally get our vette parts there.

I am the guy with the camaro that we are talking about on this thread. the exhaust is a 226 i believe. it has texas speed 2.5 heads on it that i fully ported and polished myself. i ported and polished the intake as well. I have long tube pacesetter headers and 1.8 scorpion performance roller rockers that werent on during the dyno run. have 4.10 gear in the rear, 42 lb ford injectors,bbk 80mm intake,throttle body,nitto radials,power pully,ac delete. that is pretty much it. this winter i believe i am going to do a 408 stroker with bigger heads. The heads that are on it are 205cc. but with the port and polish im not sure what they are now.

yeah but his camaro runs 11.08 on motor. we lowered the gear from a ford 9 inch 9.80 to a 8.55 because he was at 6800 at the traps. We are gonna try to spray it tomorrow and hit low to mid 10's. 200 shot. it is a 408 stroker iron block

I am willing to componsate you for your time eric. just let me know what it is you are wanting for my tuning disaster. Nothing against ips or anyone. I have never in my life had a car dyno tuned before so i dont know what is involved and i dont feel that it was explained the greatest either. but when i have to bring the car back for 2 totally different problems i became a little worried if there really was something wrong. Just like i said on the phone with you today (if a doctor tells you that you have a week to live you are going to want another opinion) So i wanted another opinion on my car. I did a simple heads and cam swap did not touch anything else on the car other than headers and wires, 1.8 rockers( I called texas speed and they said they are compatible with my cam) So i apologize for stepping on anyones toes here. i just wanted my car tuned. It seemed like it wasnt going to happen because i totally messed up my car while installing everything. I never told brian i took my car there 2 times i told him a brief story to see if he would find the same as you guys did. So sorry brian as well. I would have told you the whole story on the ips thing but i wanted the other opinion. eric i apologize if i have frustrated you in any way. So from me im sorry to both parties but i had to do what i had to do. Just call me tomorrow and let me know what i owe you for your efforts eric. I did ask you before i left the last time ( so there is no way you can even tune my car) you said no not until the voltage problem is fixed. So at that point i deemed my installs a complete failure. so like i said i wanted another opinion. I appreciate all your efforts as well eric

im sure you have alot more money in your old 4 door than i do in mine. so for a dollar to dollar aspect im sure i will blow your doors off. and for the cam the other guy has. it is to late for this year. i will be doing a stroker this winter but for this race season i am done.

thanks for the welcomes. the reason i went with this cam my boss already had it for his vette so i just bought the heads and cam pack from him. i wish it was a bigger one. I will be at national trails tomorrow night we can run em if you want beast. I dont have my spray installed yet. rear is stock but with a 410 in it. with nitto radials.

After being told that my car was untuneable he proved them wrong. Brian took his time and worked out every kink in my car. I am impressed. I will be telling my friends to take there cars to him. I would just like to tell everyone that i went to get my car tuned today and i was very impressed by the time,effort,patients brian took on my car. Not sure what experience everyone else had but mine was great. when i took it all back apart to find that every oil pump bolt was hand tight. plus i didnt prime it with any oil before closing the pump lid. I used cam lube to prime the pump. after i did that the pressure shot up within 2 seconds.
