It happend in tennessee. I am contesting it cause my speedo was clearly broken. Cop even said on the ticket that he saw it was broken and it was 4am with no one on the road to know how fast I was going coming down a hill.

I got a ticket going down to Florida for spring break, 91 in a 70. Do I still get pionts on my Ohio record? Does anyone know how out of state charges work?

just go to court, if he isnt there, plead not guilty. End of story, case is tossed out. If hes there, plead not guilty, then assign a new court date, keep finding excuses to not make it to court, like your sick with possible H1N1 and have been told not to be around anyone.
