  1. I'm looking to buy and import a Honda CBR125R back to Ohio from Ontario. From what I understand, I need to fill out an EPA form 3520-1. check box EE. Attach a letter from Honda Canada. Then I need to fill out DOT form HS-7, and check box 2B. Attach a letter from Honda Canada. Sound right? I guess under 700cc, no duty needs to be paid. Don't ask me why, but I have a strange fascination with small bikes.
  2. Yeah, you should work on that. I hear there's this shop at OH-161 and OH-3 in Westerville... No wonder you were lagging so far behind at points. I'm just messin' with ya! You mean when I was slowing down trying to look at ways for merging on the I-270 off-ramp at the Bryce Road on-ramp? The guys are so going to run with that line. It's weird, I wonder that sometimes, too. Thanks to wht_scorpion for getting me into this.
  3. Very cool! I was honestly expecting a pass at some point, just to show up the lowly 250. Actually, the jacket's a Shift mesh. Pretty decent, but I wish I got an Icon or Alpinestars lookin' back. Got Icon gloves and boots, though. If it makes you feel any better, my cell phone was in my pocket, and is now drying out. Oops. I was breaking in my new Pirelli Sport Demons. So far, so good.
  4. I know this is going to sound like missed connections of Craigslist... sorry. You passed me at the Shell station, where I waiting to pull out to get onto I-70 west. You were on a ZX6R? ZX9R? I'm kinda a newb, so I can't tell exactly, other than the wheels were Kawi green. Passed you a few miles down I-70, and you went along following behind me. I hope I wasn't going to slow for you on my Ninja 250. That was a heck of a wet ride, hope the rest of your ride into Columbus went OK. Peace!
  5. What's up? Pretty new rider. Rode for the first time in May this year taking BRC. Took BRC, failed in the test. Still bit by the bug, got a Ninja 250, practised in parking lots, baking in the heat, till the butt went numb. Passed the state on-cycle test with zero deductions. I'm still retaking BRC soon -- want to get better! I've held my own on the road. Coming close to 1000 miles on it since the beginning of June, so you can bet there have been sticky situations that I made it through without droppage. Ride mostly in the dark. Rode in rain the other night to see what it's like (not fun!) In the next few years, I hope to get to 600cc sports bike. Maybe a Ninja 650 in between? I'm trying to keep from turning in a squid, so I'll stick to the 250 for now. I haven't gotten sick of the Baby Ninja or mastered it yet, so pocketbook is safe for now. OK, I think I took up my time. If you see me around Zanesville, gimme a wave.
