The San Diego Chargers have confirmed former linebacker Junior Seau has died at 43; multiple reports say there was a shooting at his Oceanside, Calif. home. The details of the shooting were not immediately released. Chargers chaplain Shawn Mitchell told U-T San Deigo that he was notified of Seau's death. "Junior was an icon not only in San Diego but throughout the nation. Of course this will affect a lot of people, not in the least the children and kids who look up to him," Mitchell said. Seau, 43, ended his career in 2009, after playing 20 years in the NFL -- 13 in San Diego, three in Miami and four in New England. he was selected to 12 Pro Bowls and was named first-team All-Pro six times. Seau was a graduate of Oceanside High School. My wife and I both got phones this past weekend. I got the Nexus and she got the Maxx, and so far the only thing that would make me consider the maxx is the battery and its a nice benefit. Past that the nexus seemed daunting out of the box as far as figuring things out compared to the razr. But after using it for a few days im leaning more and more towards the nexus. My wife is not as big on smart phones and did adapt to the razr with no problems at all of figuring things out. With these in mind if you like to tinker with changing different things on the phone go with the Nexus. However if you just want a smart phone with an awesome battery and easy learning curve go with the maxx

The 4x4's don't seem to bad of an option but they are holding value a lot stronger it seems. I know that's a good thing but I'm looking to get into a cheap quad at first and upgrade later. I've heard the banshee is flat out fast but I would like a 4 stroke for the maintenance side.

I've been really leaning towards buying a used atv and I really like the yamaha raptor. I've sat on the YFZ450 and felt like I was sitting on the ground, but yet on the raptor it felt like a good height. (I'm 6'4) From what I've found I want to spend $2500 for a raptor 700. Although the raptor 660, I would be ok with spending anywhere from $1000-1500. I would not be against something that needs work either. What is the opinions on these models and what to look for problem wise?
