I meant my son...duh... he wants to be a firefighter. scarry thought, but if that is what makes him happy... My hubby just said stay away from the 1s and 2s careerfields as far as possible. He is a 2A and hates it. If you plan on getting a good job when you get out (i know you are just getting in :-) ) you will be pretty limited. Also you will be jobbin', which makes it hard to do college while you are working. My hubby said if he could do it all over again, he would stick with the 3 careerfield, which is support. He would be the one handing out towels at the gym and working on his masters degree... I do hope you get what you want though. Everyone has different interest, and AC refueling sounds fun. I was able to fly in a refueler once and was laying in the boom box (?) while refueling F16s...supercool! The Reserves took Spouses up as a incentive flight.
