Hey OR, I just came into a 1982 650 Seca. Some very minor cosmetic attention and some carb adjusting and this will be one hell of a bike. I will post pictures soon, and this thing is one of the cleanest classics I have come across. Just posting now to gauge interest.
Hey folks I have already posted this in the NW but I thought I would gauge the interest of other OR members. There is a benefit poker run being organized for a brother of mine who had a severe bike accident just before father's day, for further details about the rider and the benefit itself just check out the thread in NW. I just wanted to extend this invitation to all the members of the forum to come out and ride with us for this very worthy cause. It should be an excellent ride and culminate into a great party. This is a great group of crazies on OR and my brothers and I would be proud to ride with you.
Just an update that this event is still in the works. It looks like it may get pushed back to very early October, but it is progressing well. Some local businesses are being very generous and it looks as if we will be able to offer a rather exciting array of prizes. Should be a great ride and a great party. I will update with further info later in the week and encourage anyone who could make the event to support this worth while cause. Tell your friends and neighbors, come October we party in the sticks.
I did, although I thought it would be a good option to see you through. At that price you could get your money back once a Kaw came along, but you just go ahead and be a SNARKY FUCKTARD then!!! I'm gonna go work on a pulley system of my own!
He won't let anyone else do it though, he has a sophisticated pulley system that slowly chokes him as he fills a bucket with the laments of broken dreams, broken promises, and the pain of riding Suzuki.
+1 on this man. I sympathize with the pain situation, but I too have lost alot of family to the oxy. The morphine is also something to be careful with, especially if you use the topical patches. Stay up man.
