The autograph session will be from 7:00pm-8:00pm at Quaker Steak & Lube in Columbus, Ohio. Yamaha Of Columbus is currently seeking a service advisor/assistant service manager to join our team. Job Duties Include: Initial contact with customer, translating customer requests in to repair orders. Accurate entry of parts and labor hours Handling customer phone calls including over the phone estimates, and technical questions. Scheduling work load Communication to technicians and customers Cash management Shop organization Applicants Should: Posssess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Be customer service oriented, and easily approachable. Have a good understanding of Motorcycle and atv repair and parts Be familiar with Microsoft Word, outlook, and excel. Be willing to work evenings and weekends. We are located next to (inside) the Iron Pony Motorsports Superstore at 5370 Westerville Rd in Westerville, OH 43081. Our lines that we carry are Yamaha, Aprilia, Piaggio and Vespa - thats right we just got the Italian bikes in! New models are arriving daily (there are some trick Tuonos on display right now that just rolled out). We also have a good selection of used models in stock.
