  1. Yeah... Sills... NOT a good deal no matter HOW you sweeten the pot!
  2. Did a TON of research on the VFR before I bought it. I got it for too good of a price to pass up. Has tons of aftermarket stuff, and got it for below bluebook. It's a lot more fun than I ever thought. Thanks for all the welcomes!
  3. Don't buy from Pony. You can find them MUCH cheaper online. I only go to IP for finding out what size I need, then go online to buy. I am riding in the A* S-MX Plus boots and LOVE them! Great fit, inner lacing to keep your foot in place, and Motocross style calf adjustment that doesn't make you feel like your leg is going to slide out of them like most of the other boots I tried on. I would have loved to have gotten the Sidi Vortice or Vertigo's. Check out http://www.newenough.com/street/closeouts/boots They have Vertigo Air boots there (only in the solid white) for $189
  4. Sills never moves on price. They're NOT a good dealership to deal with on older but never titled stuff. They've had that 06 since it was new, and haven't moved it, and aren't willing to deal on it. I was looking at it when I bought my 2002. Oh yeah... LOVE my 02. My first bike EVER, and couldn't ask for a better ride!
  5. Heard VERY good things about the Sena SMH10. It is A2DP, Bluetooth, and VERY easy to use. Allows you to sync 4 devices together for 1000 meters.
  6. I'm a relatively new rider. This is my second year riding. My current ride is a 2002 VFR 800 Interceptor. The bike has the following mods to it at the moment: Power Commander III Micron Exhaust +1 sprocket on the front (debating removing it and going stock) Sargent Seat I've managed to get the wife to go riding with me on occasion, and both my kids love to sit on the bike. My daughter is the only one big enough to actually ride with me and got her first ride when I took her to her last day of Kindergarden on it. My son keeps dreaming... and saying I wanna ride daddy... I'm usually up for a ride whenever, and there is a group of us headed to Hillbilly Hotdogs on the 19th of June. I know that you all have a ride for one of your fallen members that day, unfortunate bad timing on our part. Hope to talk with you all soon.
  7. Jbea6. Start an intro thread and tell us lil about yourself.

It'll help buy-in for your ride thread. Laters.

  8. If anyone is interested, June 19th there is a ride going to the famous Hillbilly Hotdogs in Lesage, WV, just across the Ohio River. You gotta check out their website! www.hillbillyhotdogs.com We gotta get someone to take on their challenge... The HomeWrecker! We will be planning the route to take advantage of some of the scenic routes through southern Ohio. Again, this ride is open to All Bikes! The invitation is also open to everyone! Please forward as you wish! We plan on meeting at Joe Carson Harley / Honda at the corner of Rt. 33 and Coonpath Rd, just north of Lancaster around 9am and rolling south from there! More details to come on the route! Yee Haw! Hope to see as many of you as can make it!
