Shooting at cars and coffee can be rough, early morning, bright sun that is direct, cars parked close together, and the constant threat of photobombing people.
All your stuff looks great, I would just try to shoot at like 100 ISO, play with the white balance, and make sure you are not totally over exposed.
I tend to shoot in AP while there and stop up or down based on the shot I'm going for. It can be hard because a picture might look great on the camera, but when you pull it things look way different
When I edit my stuff I try to knock down the stuff that looks over exposed and add some lighting since I don't shoot with fill flash yet.
