Last time I went to Y-town I saw some guy get blasted with a shotgun.

Wish I could find some video of really bad tire shake, that is nuts. Couple of years ago at the ADRL race we saw a Pro-Mod shake a carbon fiber wheel tub out of a car and onto the track.

I want to head up to Milan for some of their no et races. They dont prep the tack as much so it is as close to the street as possible. You better bring your big boy bank roll because some of the big dogs don't even start their cars unless the race is for 3k or more

HD has turned into the shortbus version of the texas supra meet. There are people up there that make it suck to just hang out and talk with CR people. The best still was that dumb kid that told Anthony that firebirds don't come with V8's while looking at his car. I was waiting for Anthony to tell him it as a JDM car from up north...

I will give it until the end of May before something happens, there is another big public bust, and HD gets shut down. There are just to many cars on the road these days to do shit like this, and the fact you have all these clingons that go out to watch makes it worse. Look at the videos of the shit that happend down in Tampa and that is what will happen here.

Think i am going to stay home, drink beer, start a fire, and maybe do stuff in the garage.

There were several of us there at 830. Did you go to the old side of the lot? Everyone parks over by champs and closer to the theater due to the larger amount of cars.

Would there be any interest in a True Street type of "race" during the track rental? The rules would be the same as what major sanctioning bodies use (NMCA, LSX Shootout). This is just a thought i had and would require help from some dedicated and reliable members. I cant do this on my own right now because i am trying to finish my MBA. If we cant do it for this track day it can be done at another. That all being said, is there any interest in this?

For many of us there are no legal or socially acceptable ways to do this.

I think the thing uses a 1/8th scale set up, shit could get intense REAL quick with that. The $500 price tag will keep me out of the market on this until the big car is done.
