We thought about that, but the problem is commute. The wife works in Dublin, I work out at Easton so we need to keep it sane. Trust me I would love to move to the country, but I don't think it will be in the cards for us.
Well schools are one thing, but it is also what goes on at home. A great teacher can't educate a kid that has no family support.
Anyway, I might look into that area more then. The value for what we can sepnd is not there in Hilliard or Dublin so they might be out.
Only senior memebers can view, rep, and comment in that area. It is a good thing you can't, it means you made it the big show
Now this was done to keep new people, and problem people from going in there.
No kids, but we are looking at resale value for people who have poop machines.
My only requirements are 1. garage 2. basement 3. not in ghetto. I don't care the style, stories, or if it needs work. I have no problem making the place my own with some hard work.
Funny thing is that I hear from more people they don't want to join this site because of the bullshit that goes on in here. I these are guys with damn nice cars and pretty smart too. They just don't want to deal with the "derp derp i don't like your car so i am going to flame you derp derp".
I am all about giving people a chance, remind them to follow the oven guide, and if they can't do that then maybe they don't belong.
We want to keep it at 85k or cheaper just to be safe. When it comes to where the house is, nothing in the hood or a sketchy area.
Some of the stuff in the southwestern schools area is looking good for what you get.
Oh yeah we are buying well under what our "max" is.
Is groveport really that bad? There are some STEALS on houses out there. Same thing with blacklick.
I will give you +rep, but more details please.
Oh and for those that want to bash new people who try, you will have your abililty to post and rep people removed. This is your only warning.
Sorry to disapoint, but here is something else that is red

I have seen first hand what happens when someone gives a "deal" on work. You end up paying someone else to fix their mistake.
You pay for what you get and there are plenty of shady contractors and parts hangers that will put it to you all while talking about "quality".
