I have a Twin Cam 96" that puts out over 100 hp and 100 ft pds of Torque. It is a Carls Speed Shop Git Kit #5 set up,You can go online to his web and get more info......................................... I paid over $4000 for this yrs back. Heads- flow benched, heavier springs, valves and seats,etc. Cylinders and Pistons are Twin Cam I believe .005 over. after removing the jugs, they need bored to a 98 inch.....wrist pin gouged the cylinder, Compression right before tear down was 118 on bad cylinder and 125 on good. Carls 575 lift cams,\ HD adjustable push rods Power Commander 111 I have Original Build Sheet, and 2 or 3 Dyno sheets from changing pipes. I would cost well over $1000 to get stock heads reworked to put out 100 HP, get it all for less here..... 1995 Kawasaki Ninja 500, a little over 10K miles, not the best paint job, new coolant, newer tires and chain, runs fine with a little hesitation around 6-7K rpm. It's fun. Took factory red denim off of my 2008 Street Bob day one for a custom HD paint set, this set is brand new with no miles, nicks or scratches. Been boxed up in heated storage, no dust no marks absolutely brand new. Here is a pic of the color. The paint set is packed away securely in the factory styrofoam cardboard containers that the replacement set was shipped in, and its a pain to unpack and repack, thats why I am using stock pics. You are more than welcome to inspect the set before committing to purchase. Would be great for anybody wanting to fix a wrecked bike, or update theirs.
