This battery is fully charged. It was in my bike for only 2 weeks. I bought it from Battery Empire in Cleveland, and gave them my old one, so they wont take this one back. After realizing Harley will cover batteries under warranty, I replaced this with a Harley battery. This battery works, and I paid $70 for it. Yours for $45, I just want to get rid of it. I have a nice set of Genuine Harley Davidson Saddle bags. They are made for FXD but I'm sure will fit others. They are unclip/quick release and carry so you can leave the harness on the bike. They have reinforced back to keep the form. I took them off my 2003 Dyna. they have alot of life left in them no holes scratches etc. They measure 14'W x 10"H x 5" D.
