For sale is 1987 250ex. It has been stripped down and the frame has been painted. The motor has been rebuilt. It has a 300ex jug. So its bored out 20 over. It has a wiseco piston. Its only got around 5 hours of riding on it. All fluids are new all breaks work. Front breaks do need blead out. It has a double durablue carrier bearing. New headlight, new coil, new cdi box,.The stuff that needs put on: New tail light cover.,New seat cover, New foam for seat, New left side wheel bearing. The quad currently does not run. it has compression just no spark. No its locked up. It needs a stator. I also have new front breal pads but it doesnt need them. Thats it and it will run. I paid 850 for the quad and i have already dumped 600 in it. The quad also has 2 more sets of rear tires for it. Its also got a teather switch and reverse handle that needs put on. I am wantin around 1100 for I have way more it. I am just done messin with. I have redone the wirng on it and it ran fine. Now it wont run. So i dont know. I want it gone. Make offer or trade. I dont want bows, guns,garden tractors, audio, or go carts. Something besides all that stuff will work or somethiung and some cash will work. let me know what you have. Black Pearl SuperGlide Custom in like new condition. 4800 miles. Completely stock with no work done to it except scheduled maintenance. The only marks that I noticed are a small amount of stain on the foot brake lever and some small spots on the exhaust near the cylinders. Both of these may come out with some polish. I paid over $16500 OTD for this Super glide in March of 2007 and rode about 3800 miles that year. In 2008 I rode about 600 miles and in 2009 I rode about 400 miles. It has always been garaged and covered with a battery tender attached. I did ride through the rain one time, but it cleaned up nice afterwards. This is a very nice motorcycle all around. I don't ride enough to justifying keeping it as I am changing my sunny day hobby. It is currently financed with Harley-Davidson financial services and I am asking a little less than payoff. I will pay the difference when it sells. If you are thinking of financing, I think that 12500 would be around a $250/month payment for 60 months. Notable features- 96 Cubic inch motor (almost 1600cc) with a 6 speed transmission, this bike is not lacking power or gear ratios!
