Cool. I just moved here. I was living pretty much everywhere else before that...Cleveland, Euclid, Eastlake, Mentor, Mentor Headlands...haha...That's just Ohio.
Thanks a lot. I've been searching all over for this..Glad to find someone from Ohio that has given it to me. I'm planning on doing the safety wiring anyway because I want to get a lot of trackdays in this year and don't want anything getting in the way.
Ok well I think I've found the group of people I'm looking for... I'm trying to get out to the track...My leathers are on the way...I've been to Deal's Gap about 5 times and have been improving my riding. Not enough though..I want to go to a track with Keith Codes book and do some "lab work". When and where?! Problem is that the guy I used to trailer my bike around with sold his truck and trailer. I'll rent a Uhaul if I have to. I'm pretty much there. Try to make it as soon as possible though. heh heh Oh and one more thing...I was searching for a thread about it but is there a cheat sheet like check list that I can go over for getting my bike track prepped? I have looked on the NESBA site and saw a list of requirements but it doesn't really tell ya which bolts need to be safety wired or which caps exactly. Any Track Guru's out there wanna help me out with that? i wanna try to get it out of the way while there's still snow keeping me off my bike. Nevermind this...I just found the thread I'm looking for.... http://www.ohio-riders.com/showthread.php?t=18368
Haha! Close. A Stop At Willoughby. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jrzyan-7kgw Enjoy! Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I'm trying to go to the track this year. My leathers are in the mail...the bike is in the garage...and I just want to do all the bike track prep stuff while it's stuck in there. I've set up an account with NESBA and am going to pay for the membership soon. Do we have any track gurus here that can help me get everything right so I have a smooth first day at the track? And while I'm at it...wanna go?!
Hey everyone. Been riding for 10 years but just now signing up for the forum. Want to get to the track and meet some people that are also going while I'm at it. Talk to ya later!
