This concerns me because my GOOD FRIEND Trevor bought this car from you, and the ONLY reason he paid so much for it because of all the mods that you listed!!!!! ( THAT WERE NOT THERE ) he brought the car to me about A WEEK AFTER HE GOT IT FROM YOU, and thats when i became involved.... because he told me its got a ZE and blablabla... and im like .... uh no it doesnt have a ze in it... ... how do i know?? oh well only because ive had a KL-ze engine for about 5 years now... i know what they are. I took off the ( shittily painted mazda VC ) to see what was hiding underneath... and to my surprise? oh... just a bone stock KL-03 with headers and a fart can. Took it for a spin, drove it PERSONALLY and it was ungodly slow. second of all... you brought people to a meet i had at my house... then lowballed the fuck out of me for a shitload of parts. thirdly..... for you to even think about accusing us of SWAPPING OUT THE ENGINE INTO THAT PROBE to start shit?!? you are absolutely out of your fucking mind. - the day i took off the valve covers and look at the stamping on the heads was the day we found out it wasnt a ZE. - why the hell would we take the time to SWAP AN ENGINE to make you look bad? - if your pictures of the engine you sold were still on your forsale page ( which you took them off ) its the SAME ENGINE that was in his car when i looked at it, and i took pictures of it, before and after i took off the valve cover, and took pictures of the castings proving its not a KL-ZE. ( his lawyer has those pics ) you KNEW what you sold him, and you knew half the shit was NOT THERE, i dont care about 16 hours of drivetime, that STILL doesnt prove you had ANY of the mods on the CAR! funny thing is, i recently went back to your for sale thread to grab pics you had of the car... and magically, you unhosted them so they come up as Red X's! how convienient... fourthly... i am quick to run my mouth about this because Trevor, or no one else for that matter who you've screwed over... YEP! stock tb... another $200 in mods. took this directly from the thread made about what the car was advertised to come with and what it had... - Valve cover was pulled to reveal KL-03 ( STOCK ) cams... - Heads Stamped KL-01 ( STOCK )instead of the ZE KL-31... - No ZE intake manifold.. - NO 70mm Tb... just the ( stock ) one... - Greddy SP2 catback... um definately just a tuner muffler on stock piping. - AEM Intake? please... just the stock elbow to Vaf to NO FILTER ( i had to provide my own filter ) - there is a short throw shifter on it...( just not a B&M, as you claimed ! ) - clutch and flywheel are STOCK!!!!!!!!! i dont think he put the valve cover on it to deceive intentionally... but tried to get away with it being a full j-spec motor which it WAS NOT. most people dont want to rip half the engine apart to look for serial numbers is the thing... Josh knows alot about probes... as hes sold a LOT of them... he knows how to word things to make them sound good.. to the people who dont know much about the car...when in fact smart people who know what to look for bust his balls when he fucks up. The factory engine is the KL-03 with the Ford Valve cover. The engine in question is the J-spec KL-ZE with the mazda valve cover. the different in engines is the compression... more aggressive cams... and the port size on the intake manifold and heads... with the exception of the intake manifold, they are identical on the outside. THE J-spec intake manifold was not on the car and my friend was told ( BY JOSH ) that it wasnt no the car because it was getting painted, and he would get it soon. My friend never received the intake manifold... and shortly after purchasing the car... josh dipped and stopped answering pm's the motor came with a blue mazda valve cover on it... the only true way to ID the parts is to look at the serial numbers on them.. Stock cams are KL-01, the Cams that were said to be on it... KL-31.... came with KL-01 cams..... The heads also... in factory form...are KL-01 1A1...the heads the car was supposed to have... are KL-31- 1A1.... came with factory KL-01 heads.... this was realized after i took half of the engine apart for him and found out he had bullshit him to make the sale. - ALSO the car was said to have the $400 9 pound fidanza flywheel... i have a probe with the fidanza... and after driving this one... this one does NOT have the fidanza.... revs like a snail in slow motion. whereas mine ( that actually has it ) revs like a sport bike. I personally have a HEAVILY modded probe Gt... and after driving that.... i laughed because its in no way shape or form remotely as quick as mine... in all sense of the word... ITS SLOW AS FUCK. and for the mods claimed to be on it should be quick.. and it wasnt.
