So the LEOs didn't even take the info, they didn't give a shit as expected. Should I of punched his window as he passed me, maybe not, but at the same time he should not have been so close to me in my lane that I could do such a thing. Again it was mostly reflex, and I wanted to get his attention to no come over anymore. If I would have gone any more left I would of been dealing with oncoming traffic, as I was in the left side of the left turn lane. You sir are an asshat. I have never said lane sharing is OK, and I have never done it. I have been past on 315 by others on bikes lane spitting, as I stand in traffic. The law says we can't do it, and with the high population of your asshat brethren, it is for the best. Had this been a "He didn't see me" I would not be so pissed, but this was deliberate. We were all stopped. We had been stopped, and he decided getting to work faster was more important than my life. In my book that is assault with a motor vehicle, but my book is a little harsh, I will admit that. And for risking my life he got 5 feet in front of me.

I did not have any intention to do anything to his car. It was reflex really as he was next to me before I really knew what was going on.

We were stopped in traffic, I had left a bigger gap between me and the the car in front of me than maybe need be, but not much more than a car length. He just wanted to jump ahead, so he pushed passed me. When I punched his window as he passed, he swerved more. He actually went left of center after he passed me, before going back into the lane. And I was sitting in the left side of my lane when this all went down.

I don't think CPD would care. Other than my fist hitting his window as he passed me, there was not other touching.

In the Cbus area, keep an eye out for a white car Ohio plate FGL5508. He likes to pass bikes in the same lane and does not care how close he gets. His window got my fist today, but since I am not she hulk I did not smash it.
  9. First bike master gel lasted me 4 years, and I am bad about putting it on the tender in the fall. Got a second one last month.
  10. I am not saying it is right, because it is not. It was a dick move on her part, but having done this work both in public and pvt sector, there is a lot of wiggle room (at least how the law is applied in ohio). The interpretation, as I have seen in legal proceeding and working with prosecutors and defenders is email must only be kept as long as it has administrative value. Hmmm that's tough to argue if you can't produce the email to argue the administrative value of it. Again this is how I have worked with public record in this state. Now other laws like sorbain oxley (sp?) exist, but I have never seen that applied to a government official, only publicly traded companies. Again I say it was a dick move on her part, shady as f@&k. Should it impact what people think of her and her bid for potus, hell yes, but my point was this is not some master mind move to take over the world, this just business as usual in the government. 11. I know this bit was a few days ago, but I shy away from the politics. My views on Hillary are mine and I am not going to share it. Your comment hold very little water. Email and mobility is my job. Most places are BYOD anymore. Some have MDM but most don't. Hell, most people think their work email is theirs and try and take it or destroy it when they leave. My device has 2 work accounts and 4 personal accounts. Emailgate or what ever dumb name they are giving it is a lot of smoke and yelling. It is not real hard to reconstruct most of the data from other servers, be it spam filters or the other other mail server involved. O, she was using a crapberry? RIM has all that traffic too. Was it a dick move on her part, yea, but they all do shit like that. also can they stop adding "gate" to every thing they try to make a scandal? It is getting old.
  12. meh, it was worth a shot, I have one, never used it for something like that, but thought I would throw it out there. Guess I should go back to the kitchen an make a sammich

  14. My Chow/Lab mix was put to the test 2Xs in her long 16 years with me, and both times she passed. She was the most gentle dog you would ever want to meet, She help many a child with dog fear get over it, but you better hope you can climb a tree fast if you try to hurt her pack. Now I have the German Sheppard mix (or the vet thinks she might be a Belgian Malinois) and I have little doubt she too would protect. I think she would bark and growl her head off until I give the command or am incapacitated, but I hope I never find out. Is a dog alone a good security solution, no, but it helps, and having a buddy is awesome too. I am sure most random B&E tards will move on to the next place if they hear a large bark going on, it is just not worth the trouble to them. B&E is all about easy opportunity.
  15. First I have a German Sheppard with the standard loud as F$%K mouth. I have also started a home automation project with a security aspect. The core of mine is SmartThings. Right now I have about a dozen zwave switches. all the doors (including the garage doors) with open close sensors. I also have a few motion detectors and some homemade camera's in key places. It also monitors my basement for water. Lots of geeky programming to get doors to lock and unlock on their own, the Garage doors open automatically when I turn onto the street with the bike.
  16. GF got her first bike home yesterday, I rode it to the parking lot for her to practice on since it has been a while. Mine had a dead battery, took care of that today and made it up to fill the tank.
  17. I just got a Raspberry Pi and some zwave gadgets and working on home Automation.
  18. So I am going to try to smoke a turkey for Thursday. Just put it in a honey brine mix to soak till it goes in the smoker Thursday morning. It will be smoked over hickory and apple.
