  1. How do you figure, It is not the right colors, it is not the right number of stripes. Hell 2 of the three they showed didn't even have stars.
  2. here is how I see it Two men see a third man choking on a bite of his food. They begin to discuss the best way to save him, which leads to a hostile disagreement. While the two men fight each other, the choking man dies. Which of the two men is at fault for not acting to save the choking man? Had both men worked together, would they not have stood a chance of saving the third man's life? By blaming one man, we exhibit the same reckless behavior that cost the choking man his life. We also show that we approve of this inappropriate behavior. Only by holding both men accountable, can we expect them to act appropriately and work together.
  3. Yes they are mostly in it for them, but I still see where they are listening to what they want to, of what the people are saying. No, none of them consistently, but they all do when it suits them. And the point I am trying to make is both sides are unwilling to meet in the middle. And the most vocal of the population that votes for them support the "No Compromise" mentality.
  4. No this is the American peoples fault. We pick them, we elect them, and we tell them to do this shit. The problem is not just at the top. The problem is so many people are so set in "My way is the only right way" that no one listens or cares about what others are dealing with or needs. The system is broke. Everyone wants the extreme, and no one wants to compromise.
  5. sorry about that, it worked earlier
  6. Things are somehow different in Canada…

    Ios7

I been using iOS7 since Monday, and am really not impressed. I like the control center, but droids have had that for a while now. The Parallax is a battery drain. It is slower now on my 4S
  8. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-Newtonian_fluid Fun stuff to play with
  9. sigh, it is not the drive. It is the sata controller on the laptop. It is not natively supported by windows. Go to the MFG website. find the boot driver and have it ready. During the install you will have to hit the key to load a custom storage drive, point it to the driver and should be fine. Me personally I would use clonezilla and clone my already working OS to a larger drive.
  10. make sure nothing is connected to the laptop during install. No mouse, no keyboard, nothing other that the laptop its self.
  11. if you want to skip the OS install get the SATA to USB adapter and use http://clonezilla.org/ to move your old HDD into you New HDD and automatically extend the partition. disclaimer: If you jack your data by messing up using http://clonezilla.org/, it is not my fault.
  12. I think I forgot to paste the links http://www.microcenter.com/search/search_results.aspx?Ntt=laptop+harddrive&N=4294966998
  13. Any of the sata ones in the link to Microcenter will work. This is the best bang for the buck http://www.microcenter.com/product/416249/WD_Black_500GB_SATA_30_Gb-s_25_Internal_Laptop_Hard_Drive_WDBABD5000ANC
  14. here is a bunch. I like WD Black, the Blues are junk. Toshiba is a good laptop drive but not a fast one. The seagate's are OK
  15. Go to Microcenter. Most laptops have a door on the bottom. Open it and there is the drive. Pop the old one out and the new one in. Install Ubuntu and done.
  16. I know, but what do you expect from a crazy blonde woman that refuses to make a samich for any of you
  17. I like how Germany does it. The company the builds the road must warranty it for 10 or 20 years. If it develops issues the company that built the road must fix it at their cost.
