I pay just under 100 a year for my cruiser with Progressive. Sports stuff is always more, I have issues in the past getting coverage for my RX7 because most classify it as an "exotic Sport", if something gets that title it is really expensive.

I had a good time walking around and looking at all the other bikes for an hour.

ah - sorry, i just assume no one actually buys bikes from a dealership.

at some point someone has to buy from a dealership or else we would never have used ones to buy.

Not that I think this was an excusable defense, but I read this thread and wonder how many of you can honestly say you've never sent or read a text while driving your cage, always pull off the road to make or take a phone call, and drive with your hands at 10 and 2, radio off, and absolutely no conversation with or amongst your passengers. I don't have any proof, but I'm guessing it'd be somewhere in the vicinity of 0-zero.

It sucks that this happened, and there should definitely be some repercussions, since there was a life taken. I'm sure this woman feels worse than any of you about this, though.

Ok so I guess I should introduce myself. I am sort of a new rider I guess. By that I mean in my teens I played on dirt bikes and a little 50cc Suzuki that I passed off as a Moped so that I could run it around town. Now many years have passes and I am getting back into it. I just got a ’05 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 and am racking up the odometer every chance I get.
