Welcome aboard. I betting the weather is better for riding.
-
Some videos from 2009 I made. One of me and the 2004 CBR 600RR, and the other of my friend Jason and I hitting the woods. I was on a 2000 Banshee, and he was on 2004 450R.

Just in case you're looking for another wheel clamp for your lift...

HAHA...Not likely!!

So, after a little bit of time of use, tell us was it worth it?
Also, after having to buy the other improvements (improved wheel chock, etc.) was it still relatively cheap?
. . . seriously considering buying this.
My friend has the same lift, and has been using it for years. He loves it! IMO they are def. worth the expense. My brother and I generally run the sport bikes, so we use the rear stand when on the lift, so the front clamp really is not used.

+1 on the bike.
I'm a former owner of the STI, which I loved. But, compared to riding the bike, the STI didn't hold a flame to the thrill of the bike. Don't get my wrong, I'd grab up another one in a second, but I gotta have a bike.

Looks good CB, whats Cam ride now.
He is rolling a 07 Busa. It is a sharp looking bike. He is going to put a lock out clutch in it(hence the lift). It has toasted the stock clutch. I rode it one time and scared the hell outta me. WAAAAAAAAAAAYYY to fast for me.

Yes.

I'm down. First meet with you guys

take that junk front wheel chock off and get something better..
seriously, if you dont youll probably regret it soon
I agree!!. That thing is crap. I have found some online, and will be replacing it. For now we just use rear stands.

Hopefully my brothers bike will fit. It has a +4 swing arm on it.

My brother had an idea to split the cost on this, so we pulled the trigger. So my toy budget is shot for the month, but here it is:

I'm always down for a ride. Hit me up when the weather breaks
Long time no see, how you been. Saw little (ha) brother on that Z last summer. Thats why I asked who.Yeah, I bought this one off him. He just got another Busa, so he need room in the garage. HAHA. I needed a bike, and he had one..why not.

You've got some decent roads near the dayton area; check out Oregonia for example. Also out west/southwest you've got some fun.
For extended twisty rides, its worth heading down to NKY. 100 miles or so of twisties, or a lot more depending on how long you feel like riding.
Yes, some good roads and great views out that way. Hit me up this season, I'll roll with ya. NKY is fun as well, I think everyone meets/rides on Sunday down there.

I back!!!! Just got a bike again....WAY TOO LONG with out one, but the house and kid come first. Anyway, I just picked up a 2003 Z-1000. Cleanest 03 I've ever seen. I do my riding mostly in between Dayton and Cincinnati. I like the back roads, and twisties.

I had an 03 Yamaha R-6s but I sold that one due to mileage. At the moment I don't have a bike, but I'm looking at the new R-1's. Time will tell.

Thanks for the welcoming. Yes I'm a computer dork, I work in IT, but it is a long step way from retail where I have worked in the past. Never again!!!!

Hello all, My name is Chris but everyone calls me CB. I live in Mason OH, and work in IT. I have been riding for 8 years now, and it is truly one of my life's passions. I started on a dirt bike when I was 17, then went to the street at 22. I love my Yamaha's but have been riding hondas for awhile now. I have done three trackdays including Mid-Ohio, Putnam, and VIR. But as I'm getting older and injuries do not heal as fast, I have slowed in my age:nono:.
Anyway, that me in a few sentences.
Howdy:D
