Your ad looks fine, actually plenty of pictures and related information has always help me find a quality renter. If you plan to do the renting yourself, have them supply you a credit report, make sure they have bank accounts and references from their previous landlord. If all else fails, look at the car they drive, it will tell you how your house will look in a very short time! You might be too emotionally attached to the house to rent it, think about that.

If you can find you a trusted individual that will serve as a "mentor" during the next few years you will find navigating decisions like this will be much easier. I have had several throughout my career, each one offered unbiased insightful advice.

I am one and done with PayPal involving a large purchase or sale. I sold a bike on the 17th, buyer was present, used my computer to handle the transaction. My account was limited, opened, closed, opened, limited, funds returned, finally resolved and in my bank account on the 25th. Not again!

For those of us that live "outside" the city, a active bike night would be welcome. Last night a local eatery had their version of a bike night, I think I counted 10 bikes, count your blessings.
