  1. This has always been my argument, when it comes to the whole gay issues. Such as being openly gay in the military. I have no issues with anyone being gay, if that's the life they choose. But as a straight man, I am not allowed to utilize the same facilities with the gender that I am attracted to, so why is it okay for a gay person to use the same facilities of the gender that he or she is attracted to?

  2. I normally use kerosene to clean and the Dupont chain lube above for lubing. But before the epic ride, I was out of kerosene, so I used WD-40 to clean. At the end of the day, my wheel was dirtier than it's ever been. I don't know if the WD-40 kept the lube from sticking or what, but I never had that issue with kerosene.

  3. Cool build, but the wooden case is a bit lackluster.....definitely needs to be aluminum housed ( eventually ), but this was obviously a cheaper way to mock up the prototypes. I like it and it's still compact. The only change I'd suggest would be to wire in a DC jack to allow things to run off of the bike's power instead of needing 2 batteries for the cam and gyro servo. I don't have the mental capacity, nor the patience to take on a build like this but there is definitely a market for it

If you go into the links at the bottom, he's updated the case to a 3D printout, and if I remember correctly, he offers the files to download, so you can print it out yourself. That is, if you have access to a 3D printer. We're suppose to be getting one at work in the next couple of months.

I definitely wouldn't want to use the camera he has. It's like $400. I know I could design a different case and setup for a different camera, but I suck at electronics. I don't understand all that mumbo jumbo crap.

  4. I swear, if it wasn't for the group picture that Doc took, and I was being accused of a murder that happned on May 4 between the hours of 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, I'd have no proof that I was on the, "so called", Epic Ride (as the officer rolls his eyes), cause out of all the pictures taken from everyone, me and my bike managed to remain invisible the entire day! Good thing I don't have to count on you bastids for evidents!
