I bought a Regina kit, comes with both sprockets and chain and all the amenities. They are actually the same price... I considered that, im not sure what i would want, when i ride to work in the morning its sometimes 40-50 and i dont want to get cold feet

Ive heard that you just need a good boot that covers above your ankles. Personally i wear steel toe work boots Ive been recommended getting actual riding boots that are stiff and reinforced. To protect your ankle from rolling and fron getting crushed, etc... Thoughts, opinions? What do you guys do?
