I would like to ride 555 this year or atleast in the area. Heard there is a lot of good roads in the area. It's a haul just to get there though..

Where does everyone normally ride? I just cruise around town and that gets really boring... Other than that I usually have to wait for a Mohican ride to pop up.... Love to ride there to. It's no fun by yourself though

thx for all the input!! the BT023's are dual compound... guy at iron pony said should get 6-8k out of em.. i ride 100 miles round trip when i ride to work.. dont think the Q2's would last long and with the price of the BT's imma give em a try

i would go with the acetone... prolly gonna haze the old paint too though...he might of painted em because factory paint was chipped or scratched.... id strip it completely and have em powder coated... not as expensive as you think( thats just me though) good luck

been doing a little search as im in need of new rubber... i do mostly freeway riding commuting to work and back... but occasionally like to run through some twisties as well... i need a tire that will give me plenty of miles and have good grip in the leans as well... does anyone have any experience with the Bridgestone 023's?? thats what i think imma go with unless someone changes my mind...... i ride a 99 r1

mechanic around marion ohio??

Anyone know a good carb mechanic or someone who can tune them?? bike spits and sputters a little bit when riding at low speeds 2000-4000 rpms...but then when on the throttle runs like a raped date!! whats could be the problem?? maybe just need balanced? not sure any suggestions would help! thx

I have a 99 r1 and it is lowered 1 inch in the front 2 in the rear...does anyone have what i need to put the rear suspension back where its supposed to be?? i know i just have to push forks back through for the front.... need help with the rear plz!!!
