It's probably kinda far for you, but, the license bureau in North Canton is really easy to take the tests. I got my temps on a Monday, and went back Wednesday for my ridden test and showed up at 9am, passed with 100%. They have ridden tests at 9, 10, and 11 on Wednesdays. This was last year, so it may have changed. Just call ahead and you can schedule it. I know it's not an MSF course, but it gets you the license.
