Easiest thing for them to do is open race tracks for people more often and dragstrips and make it harder for people to get licenses. If someone gets a ticket for more than 85 they have to average a certain speed around a track then if they can there safe to drive on the road

Didn't know you were supposed to speed when entering a highway. If the traffic is, i don't think a cop would be mad if you went the posted speed limit when merging.

Some people are completely retarded when it comes to serious things. That is not a joking matter hope he ends up getting better real soon.

 

Same sorta thing happened to my dad he was driven off the road and into a ditch by a truck and it made him losing a kidney. But this was in England on a small road. Hes fine now with 1 kidney that is twice as bag as anyone's one kidney.
