Agree with the lack of a hard keyboard. Ever since I got a phone with only touch keys ive never looked back. As far as phones, the Iphone sounds like it would be good for her. Its not as open or easy to mod as android based phones but thats not what she needs. Iphone is pretty user friendly

I remember gearing a little while ago about a guy in PA who got busted with 40 lbs of weed. He got one year. I disturbed more by the.guy with the.puppy then someone selling weed. But I guess everyone has there own opinions

It's not the fact the the puppy died that make me mad - it's the manner in which the animal died, the suffering inficted and the mindset that would make him think that's ok. It's evidence of a pattern of thinking that is incompatible with civilized society.

I do like the idea of sentencing him to community service at a dog shelter. Maybe that would change his mindset and make him less likely to do something like this in the future.

I agree with community service at a shelter, but after atleat a year or 2 in jail. As a animal lover 6 months is upsetting, esp since odds of him serving a full term are slim.

Damn seems to be happening a lot this year...

I agree. I hate to see a soldier being held back like that. But rules are rules, and im sure that one is there for a reason, I.e. for his own well being and safety. And besides the rule, I believe there is something about how a soldier can get in trouble if they get hurt while at home or on leave, could that also apply here if he got hurt while playing since it is not a necessary risk?
