Thank. I'm considering getting a different exhaust tho, this one sounds great but I don't like how it looks. Thinking an upswept canister would look better. Delvekic makes one that I really like for around $400.. Or carpy's makes a repop of the old yoshimura style.

Stock forks with a heavy duty brace and fresh rebuild and overfilled for increased damping. The turn in is strange because the front wheel is huge. It starts out sluggish but once it tips it dives down pretty good. I'm used to the bandit, it turns in much quicker initially but is very linear in how it tips.

Open velocity stacks for intake and the megaphone I converted into a straight through glass pack. The shocks are tec brand, for a cb900 so they're an inch too tall but they're sprung nicely and have adjustable damping. Also has koso TNT gauge, custom paint, custom seat, and of course, built ass motor.

Ball of aluminum foil and Windex....or mother's if you're not a cheap ass. How bad is the chrome? Pics?

I spent a lot of time and money building the motor. It's not modern sport bike fast, but it pulls pretty damn hard. Gonna get it on a dyno this spring but I would guess it's putting at least 75 to the wheel. Sounds beastly too.

Chains are cheaper than belts. They are also louder and require more maintenance. It's a trade off.

The wee Strom is definitely a comfy bike, I've rode one, not for very long but it was comfy and the motor has very good low and mid power. The Honda Shadow series of bikes all have nice low seats, great motors and can be had for pretty cheap and are very reliable as well, or you can usually get an older ujm like a Yamaha xj650 or Honda cx500 pretty cheap off eBay, both are low slung, comfortable and offer a decent amount of power. There are a lot of bikes out there, just gotta ride a few to get an idea of what you're looking for.

Yes slowing down saves you gas but it costs you time, and you can buy more gas but never get time back.

Riding in large groups is not against the law. Blocking traffic is a minor offense. Wreckless op is not a jailable offense unless someone is injured or killed and then you need EVIDENCE in order to assign GUILT. You cannot just jail 200 people for what might happen. That's simply not how the Justice system works.
