Except I am not, just have a conflicting opinion is all. So no regulations should be set in place for firearm carry, what about anything else for that matter? I am no better than anyone, what gives you the assumption that I feel that way? Do I have more experience than some folks do with guns, yeah I probably do...... but also have allot less than others as well. Have you spent much time on a gun range, a gun shop or a gun show......many folks have no idea what they are doing, but they can learn is all I am saying. It isnt about being a good marksman, it is more along the lines of gun safety, gun handling, dealing with law enforcement, knowing your weapon, and educating people about guns....that is all I am trying to say.

Yeah and that is what set me off, and I normally don't get that way. I have pretty thick skin, but the herd mentality over there is strong........trust me. Many other examples of threads over there where there is strong bias, and lookout to anyone that tries to start having a reasonable debate. I got warned by the mod over there in a PM, I apologized and said I will not continue to push my obvious agenda. I bet no other warnings were given, even though I was pretty much called out first.

Not completely no, there just needs to be a way to ensure those that are carrying, have all the experience and training needed to do so safely for them and others around.

Yeah I went back and edited a few things, I reckon it was a build up effect from reading many other similar threads. I was called out first IMHO, but I did get a bit pissy not long after that.

Nah I am sure I will/would be more than fine with them, because I am not a liberal. I just try real hard to understand where people are coming from, and try to be respectful and understanding as much as possible. Go to page 8 and see where I give my viewpoint, I was already pissed from reading all of that thread up to that point. I have been a member of the site since last December, and if you browse around the site a bit, it is obvious that disagreeing with the collective on almost anything makes you exiled.

Too bad that a forum dedicated to gun enthusiasts and helping to fix/solve gun carry rights and ownership here in OHIO.......has a bunch of one track minded robot sheeple. I am far from that "not that there is anything wrong with being a liberal minded person", but basically a gang of site regulars who like to spew their beliefs and close minded rights, and to hell with ya if you don't see things their way. I am a big fan of Toshiba, currently have a 65 inch DLP rear projection that has been flawless going now on 4 years. I have yet to see any plasma or LCD that has a picture any better. I agree on the Vizio comment, and they are the only current made TV in the USA these days.

Wilson combat probably makes some of the best 1911's out there, but I agree on Springfield Armory as a top choice for sure. Believe it or not.......one of the highest rated 1911's out there is the Taurus PT1911, I am seriously considering buying one. Ruger has a sweet 1911 now that is getting rave reviews, also another to consider. Yes I believe Kimber's to be a bit overrated.
