  1. Im all for an app. I find myself checking in with the phone's browser, not that easy...
  2. Badass, good work. Cant wait to see it completed
  3. Here it is, Rubber coupling with a swimming pool filter hose.
  4. Spent more time today unfucking the rear end & taillight assembly. But thankfully its done! I also got the headlight assembly on & wired in. Just to get a peek I put it together. 75% there!!
  5. For everyone subscribed, I do have pics coming. Been very busy with the TT build, http://ohioriders.net/showthread.php?t=87057 Larry K at BCF Cycle in Kirkland is doing an amazing and thorough job making sure the restoration is 100% to spec. Stay tuned...

  9. Thanks, cant tell you how great it is to see it look like a bike again!
  10. Parts back from the shop, looking great! Also piecing together the ram-air intake & rebuilding the tail light assembly.
  11. Headlight assembly finally in from England!
  12. Yea, thats next on the list. Thankfully there is a small lip on the inside of the frame hole. Big enough for a clamp. I think i can make a 3" to 2" flex pipe work. Hell, with enough JB weld, duct tape & west virgina engineering, anything is possible! hahaha
  13. Finished up the ram-air covers today. Another trip to staples. This time I found a kit on clearance, plenty of metal to play with. Also a 2" pvc cap from lowes. The frame holes: 2 coats of paint and done!
  14. Welcome! I still have a love for the ninja 250, first bike
  15. I think so. I will mold some pvc to go from the inside of the port to the air box. Then use something similar to the radiator cover for the outside of the air holes.

    Newbie!

    :goodpost:Lol Cooter!
  17. Awesome! 40k is no joke. Gotta love the Triumphs.
  18. Started on the replacement overflow tank tonight. I am losing the plastic oversized OEM, replacing with a top of the line, state-of-the-art aluminum water bottle. Target, $7.99. Yea, ballin'!! Starts with a piece of steel i picked up @ Lowes. Cut it to length & drilled port holes where the mounting screws will go. After its cut, I primed & painted it as well as the hose clamps. I drilled in the bottom of the water bottle 1/2" to fit a general brass fitting. Thread tape & a strong epoxy & its ready to rock. Going to let the clearcoat dry overnight & install it tomorrow. Again, stay tuned....
  19. Do it up! Very inexpensive. Something different as well.
  20. Got the radiator cover almost completed. Just need to touch it up a bit. It is bolted on the bottom and a cold weld up top. When the weld is completely dry, I will sand the excess and hit it was some touch up paint.
  21. Past couple of days of been down and out with the flu, gonna get back at it and finish the radiator cover hopefully tonight. Does anyone know if they make clamp on cafe racer bars with around a 2 inch drop to them? Thanks!
