I have worked with Habitat on over 11 womens builds throughout the Columbus, OH area. I am not sure why everyone says we are discriminating against women that want to help. We have no rules that say that we can't, won't, or don't appreciate women riders on ANY bike. If someone is awesome enough to offer their time and money for helping the community and great causes that's all that matters. We had to create bylaws as a club to become a non-profit organization. In these bylaws we had to have an engine designation. If there are so many women that ride "sport bikes" then maybe they should put the time and effort into creatinig a club themselves instead of bashing a club of women that have taken the initiative to create a "cruiser" club. Like I have said in my MANY posts on here before, people love to hate and I am not about all the drama and shit stirring. I appreciate the private message, but again...I am disappointed in the lack of maturity level of some of the people on this site.

We never said we don't ride with anyone or do charity with anyone...you people kill me...nothing better to do here than stand behind a screen name and condemn people for being a part of a group. Some people on here seem to understand where I am coming from, others not so much. I like to think I am a pretty mature woman and I am actually disappointed at the maturity level of some of the women on here (mainly Hollywood). Ride on to all of you, and as I have said several times before...anyone is welcome to ride with us in poker runs and do charity with us...if you are willing to help out...GREAT...we don't discriminate when it comes to helping someone in need. Our bylaws state that you have to have a 500 cc or higher so that when we travel 800 miles you can keep up with the rest of the club. This will be my last post and like I said...if you get my posts...thanks for being mature...if you don't (HOLLYWOOD) keep doing what you do. Have you ever considered contacting habitat to see if your group can help on a women build? It would be good for both groups.
You mentioned maybe doing something with other bikes. Ever thought about helping new women riders? I love my sport bike but I know some women start on these little bikes then move up to cruisers.
I wish you much success at all you do.

Oh, and BOWDOG...I put over 12,000 miles on my bike last summer while working 40 hours a week. That is a lot of parades don't you think?????

I appreciate that, and maybe you are right...I know of several MC's that have a division for "sport bikes". They are a part of the same club, but have a slightly different name. Something to think about. I guess some people are getting very offended by our bylaw stipulations. All I can say to you is that life is too short to argue with someone over what type of bike you ride or don't ride. As I have said several times before...ride on...this is not what this post was about...I guess I did get some information to think about though. Maybe we should have a group of women riders that are a part of the Femme Fatales but maybe call themselves something sporty as well...hmmmmmm.

My point exactly...we don't like to ride fast...so, it makes sense to ride with others that don't like to ride fast either...it is all about the journey...not how fast you can get to the next destination. I have pretty thick skin...no worries. To each their own...and like I said...anytime I see a woman riding a motorcycle (NO MATTER WHAT TYPE) it genuinely makes me happy.

This post is not really headed in the direction it was intended. I have no problems with "sport bikes" we just don't have them in our club. To each their own...get out and feel the wind in your face...fine by me. We just like to cruise...travel...things like that...not really into seeing how fast we can go or how many seconds it takes us to get to 60mph. If that is your thing, great...and if you are a woman rider...even better. Listen ladies...we are a nice group of women that love to ride and give back to the community. No problem if you don't ride a "cruiser" style bike or ride a bike that "looks" like a Harley. Ride on...that is a personal preference...we just don't have them in our club. THANKS Magley!!!!! I am pretty sure the issue we are having here is based on semantics.There are some clubs that require you to ride a Harley or a Honda or a Yamaha...we do not require you ride a SPECIFIC "type" of bike no...we do require that it is a cruiser style and that it is 500cc or higher. So...depends on how you look at it...I think that leaves the options wide open, right? We do not allow crotch rockets...So...other than that...you are good to go. Not that there is anything wrong with crotch rockets...just not what our club rides.

We are not bike specific, you just have to ride a cruiser style bike above a 500cc.

We all ride cruisers, and socal if you go to our website femmefataleswmc.com it explains what our club name means. We are a law abiding club and do TONS of community service. Femme Fatales are women villains from older movies...they lure men in with their beauty and charm to get what they want basically. We are by no means a scary club...we are all women with families and great jobs that love to ride and do community service. For the others with jokes about riding women and top or bottom...well top of course...that is where you gain the most control... Silverfox check out our page and message me if you have any questions.
